Campaign/event management - perhaps you run pitch events, focus groups, or need help identifying and arranging relevant industry events/trade stands

FAQs
What are the benefits of working with you over an employee?
You just pay for the hours you need. Simple. There’s no need to pay for National Insurance, holiday or sick pay, a desk, or for me to chat by the coffee machine.
Do you only work virtually?
Generally yes, however it’s important to establish a good rapport so where possible an occasional face to face can be so beneficial (of course dependant upon Covid-19 restrictions). Talk to me about hands on event support or to provide resident support in an accelerator space.
Do I need to commit to packages?
I love working with ambitious, busy people and as I aim to reduce your workload I purposefully offer a minimum ten hour per month package to do this justice. I'm also happy to provide a trial to test out how I can help you. If you need a sounding board to bounce ideas around with, consider me in.
How do I know how many hours I have left?
I will monitor the hours you have agreed with me and adjust going forward to give you the best value for money. Unused hours can be rolled forward to the next month only when on a retainer package. If time for the month is running out, I will be open and transparent with you to ensure you get what you need done.
What are your payment terms and are there any hidden costs?
Fees are payable monthly in advance via bank transfer. For last minute turnaround, or if the scope of the agreed works changes there may be additional fees which will be added to your next invoice. There are no hidden fees.
How do we communicate?
My question is how do you want to communicate? Email? WhatsApp? Phone? Video call? I’m here to make your life easier so let’s discuss how to make that happen. And let’s agree how often to check in with each other upfront. It can be adjusted as time progresses but it’s an important part of how we establish the best working rapport.
How do we get this started?

How available are you?
It’s important for me to be around for my son so I’ll be working while he’s at school. However let’s talk if you have the occasional requirement outside of these times, would like hands on event support or think a regular spot in your accelerator hub would be useful.
